GRACELAND FAMILY RESIDENCES

Graceland Family Residences is a gated residential community under Namthong Group, which has more than 30 years of Real Estate development experience. Namthong Group developed the Nam Thong City project which is a commercial building project of 200 units. After the 1995 flood incident in Phrae city. Many residents were looking for a home that met safety standards with good access and convenience. We took customer needs into account, brought businesses and amenities together,such as supermarkets, traditional markets, department stores, hospitals, schools, government agencies to make everything within reach. We further developed up to 3,000 units and established Namthong Group as the largest developer in Phrae to this day.
